  • Vocational Training & Employment: Through collaborations with organizations like SAKSHAM, AMBA, RMKM, and Trulyhelp Trust, we offer training programs that equip PwDs with the skills needed for meaningful employment in diverse fields such as computing, hospitality, retail, and agriculture.

  • Entrepreneurship Development: Our projects, such as the Inclusive Divyangjan Entrepreneur Association (IDEA), empower PwDs to start their own businesses, fostering self-reliance and economic independence.

  • Inclusive Livelihoods: We partner with organizations like CBM and Noida Deaf Society to offer farm-based livelihoods and employment opportunities, helping individuals with disabilities thrive in their communities.

Our Vision

We envision a world where every individual, regardless of their ability, has the opportunity to participate fully in society. Our programs are designed to break down barriers, challenge stereotypes, and create pathways to success for PwDs in all aspects of life.

“Promoting Community-Based Inclusive Living for Individuals with Mental Illness”

Community-based inclusive living for individuals with mental illness focuses on providing support in a way that allows for independence and integration into society. Key strategies include establishing peer support networks, offering affordable and accessible housing, and ensuring community-based mental health services are available. Social inclusion programs, such as job training and recreational activities, help reduce isolation and foster relationships. Raising cultural awareness, providing assistive technology, and adopting person-centered planning empower individuals to make decisions about their lives. Additionally, supporting family caregivers, implementing transition programs, and collaborating with local authorities are essential to creating an inclusive environment for independent living.
