Four-year-old Ayra is a bright, loving child whose life has been turned upside down by high-risk neuroblastoma, an aggressive form of cancer affecting her kidneys and lower body.

Since her diagnosis, Ayra has shown incredible courage. She has already undergone eight cycles of chemotherapy, followed by a ninth high-dose chemo session. Now, her doctors have scheduled a critical surgery — a vital step toward recovery.
